Application of weakly compatible mappings to common fixed point theorems in Menger Spaces

Abstract


In this study, coincidence and common fixed point results are presented for two pairs of self maps without continuity under relatively weaker commutativity requirement in Menger spaces. Our results partially extend and improve several known results in Menger spaces. In addition we obtained some related results and furnishing an illustrative example.
