Varying pulse control schemes for citrus Huanglongbing epidemic model with general incidence

Abstract


In this paper a mathematical model for citrus Huanglongbing transmission including impulsive roguing control strategy and general incidence is proposed and analyzed. The global dynamics of disease-free periodic solution and the permanence of the system are investigated. Numerical simulations support our analytical conclusions.
