A comparison between the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm and the K-mean clustering algorithm
Abstract
This paper provides brief information about the K-means clustering algorithm and the Fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. We have defined mathematical expressions for K-means and FCM and have applied the algorithms to a dummy dataset, comparing their differences for various numbers of clusters.
