Convergence study of common fixed points for pair of mappings in partially ordered Banach spaces

Abstract


This paper aims to delve into the weak and strong convergence theorems concerning a pair of monotone mappings that meet condition (E) and converge to a common fixed point. This investigation is conducted within the context of uniformly convex ordered Banach spaces, employing the Ishikawa iteration technique. Furthermore, an illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the implications of the theoretical results we have derived.
