Abstract

We present a mathematical explanation about the false diffusion with an implicit scheme for advection equation using a Taylor approach. Typically for explain the numerical diffusion with an implicit scheme, it is explained using the Fourier approach as can be seen in the bibliographic review carried out in this paper.
