Scaled search directions for nonlinear conjugate gradient methods

Abstract

In this paper, we have suggested an acceleration step-length for the search directions of a new proposed minimization algorithm, which is based on function and gradient values, we have dealt with the global convergent property for the new suggested algorithm and we have obtained sufficiently good numerical results by implementing some newly written Fortran programs in this field.
