The chromatic number of generalized Fibonacci prime distance graph

V. Yegnanarayanan

Abstract

Fibonacci numbers and distance graphs play a very important role in day to day applications. In this paper we construct the generalized Fi- bonacci prime distance graph and determine its chromatic number. We also indicate here an interesting application involving graph vertex color- ing and Fibonacci numbers in the problem of sequence design of nucleic acids a wonderful work done by Von Mag.Ingrid G.Abfalter in [9].
