Dynamics of fractional order model of HIV infection on CD4+T-cells with drug analysis

Abstract


In this paper, we consider a four-compartmental model of HIV infection on CD4+T-cells with drug therapy in order to study the transmission dynamics of disease. We examine the qualitative behaviour of the model and analyze the sufficient criteria for the stability. In addition, we introduce a Caputo derivative fractional order model and numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the analytical results.
