Generation the regular pictures and irregular pictures from the sound by using effect matrix E(R,pn,qn)

Abstract

In this paper we introduce regular pictures and irregular pictures, where these pictures are generated from random sounds by using effect matrix . Moreover, the comparison between two different sounds under the same effect matrix can be studied and explained its applications.
