Fixed points of modified F-contractions in S-metric spaces

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce a modified F-contraction in S-metric space. This modified form of F-contraction is via α-admissible mapping and we use it to examine the existence of fixed points in S-metric spaces. Sufficient examples are also given to examine the validity of the results obtained.
