A note on E-unitary inverse ω-semigroups

Abstract

In this paper, we investigate the Bruck-Reilly extension of monoids and the Clifford semigroups and then determine when they are E-unitary. This motivates us to characterize E-unitary bisimple inverse -semigroups and E-unitary simple inverse -semigroups respectively.
