Commutative groupoid algebra

Abstract
In this paper we introduce of commutative groupoid algebra which is an equivalent definition of lattice commutative groupoid algebra and Futher we prove that it is regular autometrized algebra. Futher we remark that the binary operation ʘ on commutative groupoid algebra can never be associative.
