Generalizations of the functional form of Jensen’s inequality
Abstract
The paper deals with the functional forms of Jensen’s inequality for continuous convex functions of one variable. Some generalizations are stated by using positive linear functionals on the linear space of real functions. Obtained results are further applied to functional quasi-arithmetic means.
